From the selling point of view...
Who is a customer? What is an experience? What is a customer experience?
These are general concepts, I will say the customer is the person who will purchase your product and/or service, they are also known as your clients. An experience is the live remebrance in the individual about a definite moment or situation; it is subjective, there is no a 100% to measure it, I will say we can create parameters, something to compare with. A customer experience is the interaction of the buyer that creates a personal reaction. So this implies that different customers will have different reactions. Hint: Always segment your customers: marketing campaigns, diversify your portfolio and customizable menus; how to segment? get the voice of the customers (surveys, posts, comments, etc). Once you got it you will know whom are you talking to so don't sell them help them buy the best option, hear their needs! Know what you sell and communicate, communicate, communicate!
In the next blog I'll merge it with food I promise keep reading!
Thank you!
